OMAHA, Neb. — The College World Series Finals are set.

LSU punched its ticket to the College World Series Finals on Saturday afternoon with a big 6-1 win over top-seeded Oregon State. 

The Gators, led by ace pitcher Alex Faedo, won a 3-0 defensive battle in the Saturday finale to set the stage for an all Southeastern Conference championship series. Florida and the Tigers will start the three-game Finals series on Monday night.

The winners of the two brackets will play a best-of-three College World Series Finals, with the first game set for 7 p.m. ET Monday, June 26. The second game is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET Tuesday, June 27, while the third and deciding game (if necessary) is slated for 8 p.m. ET Wednesday, June 28.
